Agreement
These terms apply between you, the company that opens a Zikkio account, and [Company legal name] (“Zikkio”). By creating an account or calling the API you accept them on behalf of your company.
Your account and keys
Keep your API keys secret, give access only to people who need it, and write to security@zikkio.com at once if you think a key has leaked. You are responsible for what is done with your keys.
Connecting stores
Connect only stores whose owners have agreed to it, through the connect page or credentials they gave you. You tell merchants what data your product reads and writes, and you follow the terms of each platform you connect to.
Plans and billing
Plans are priced by API calls a month, in US dollars, taxes excluded. Every plan connects unlimited stores. If you go over your plan’s calls, the service keeps working and we suggest the plan that fits. Yearly plans cost ten months and cover twelve. The Developer plan includes 5,000 API calls a month with no time limit. Current prices are on the Pricing page.
Acceptable use
Do not use Zikkio to reach stores without their owner’s permission.
Do not try to get around rate limits or reach other customers’ data.
Do not use Zikkio for anything unlawful.
Your data
The data you and your merchants send through Zikkio stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy policy.
Service and changes
We tell you at least [Number of days, to confirm] before a change that needs work on your side.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. When a store disconnects, its keys are deleted at once and its catalog copy within 30 days. When you close your account, we delete its data within [Number of days, to confirm].
Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or leaves invoices unpaid, after telling the owner by email [Notice period, to confirm].

Changes to these terms
We tell account owners by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect. If you keep using Zikkio after that, the new terms apply.
